Digital Marketing Coordinator
We're seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to support content research and production across our client portfolio of mental health professionals. This role is ideal for someone early in a marketing career who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research and content development.

The Role
We're seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to support content research and production across our growing portfolio of mental health clients: therapists, psychologists, and group practices spanning dozens of clinical specialties.
This role sits at the intersection of research, content, and AI-assisted workflows. You'll dig into clinical topics, audience intent, and competitive landscapes to help our team produce high-quality content across a growing client portfolio. If you're the kind of person who gets genuinely curious about a new subject, knows how to use AI tools to move faster without losing quality, and can keep a dozen moving pieces organized, this is a strong fit.
Responsibilities
- Research clinical specialties (e.g., anxiety, trauma, EMDR, couples therapy, child psychology) to develop accurate, audience-relevant content briefs for client campaigns
- Use AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to accelerate topic research, draft outlines, surface keyword opportunities, and synthesize competitor positioning, then refine outputs with human judgment
- Support the production pipeline for blog posts, landing pages, and SEO content across multiple client accounts
- Track project status, deliverables, and deadlines across clients, keeping the content calendar organized and the team unblocked
- Assist with QA on published content, checking for accuracy, formatting, internal linking, and alignment with each client's voice
- Monitor competitor websites, directories, and content strategies within the mental health and wellness space to identify opportunities
- Contribute to the development of reusable research templates and workflows that help the team scale content production
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included) in content marketing, digital marketing, or research
- Hands-on experience with AI writing and research tools. You actively use them, not just aware they exist
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deliverables across multiple client accounts
- Sharp written communication skills and an eye for detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, async-first environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization)
- Interest in mental health, psychology, or the healthcare space
- Experience with project management tools (Notion, Linear, Asana, or similar)
- Exposure to content management systems or basic HTML
Compensation
$21 – $26/hr DOE
(part-time, approx. 20-25 hours/week)
